NAPAC – Parallel Lives

Rita Harrison is a survivor of childhood abuse and a supporter of the National Association for People Abused in Childhood (NAPAC) – and we think she’s a total star.
Parallel Lives is an illustrated collection of poems that trace the lives of two girls who went to school together. In verse, Rita sensitively traces the contrasting experiences from birth to old age, of two girls whose lives crossed briefly in childhood: Lily who was abused as a child and Bernadette who was not.
Rita wants to help raise awareness of NAPAC and has generously said that 100% of the profits from Parallel Lives will come to NAPAC!
