Jersey Womens Refuge

The aim of the Jersey Women’s Refuge is to provide safe and secure accommodation, emotional and practical support and information on a 24 hour basis for women and children who have suffered physical, emotional and/or sexual abuse.

They aim to empower and encourage autonomy and control and they have done this successfully for 21 years, currently helping over 1000 women every year. They are the only refuge in Jersey.

Our donation of £5,100 is for the Life Course project, which is a guided support group of victims of domestic abuse.
