SPCA Malta
The SPCA is the only organisation in Malta committed to long term programmes designed to raise awareness of the appalling consequences of ignorance and indifference to animal welfare.
The SPCA successfully has been lobbying the Government who are now closely working with all animal sanctuaries on a number of initiatives including adoption and enforcement of modern animal welfare regulations, national neutering programme and education throughout the general population of Malta.
Our funding of £5,000 will go towards a project to raise awareness in schools of animal welfare.
