West Sussex Learning Links
West Sussex Learning Links aims to develop equal opportunities in the field of adult education by enabling adults with learning disabilities to participate in adult education classes or access social and leisure activities.
As well as attending various classes, they facilitate outings to museums, various social activities, a residential weekend and a ‘Taster Day’ where students can try 3 new courses before the start of the autumn term. Over the last 2 years, we have supported 210 people with learning disabilities with the help of 115 volunteers.
Our funding goes towards a residential weekend at a Family Centre in Hurstpierpoint.
