Brent Lodge Wildlife Trust

The Brent Lodge Wildlife Trust’s mission is to provide a lifeline in the form of rescue, rehabilitation and release for wildlife.  They accept wildlife from anywhere.

All patients brought into the Centre – from WADARS, the public, the RSPCA, local authories or indeed anyone – will receive an assessment from an expert carer and will be treated for whatever may be wrong, either onsite or at the premises of a supporting vet.

Patients are then given ongoing treatment if required and the rehabilitation process begins.  Daily assessments are carried out and as they recuperate, they are released into outdoor pens (soft release) and then fully released back into the wild, where they should be.

We gave them £3,000 through our Local Community Grants Programme to the refurbishment of the mammal rehabilitation block and the building of a new one for larger mammals.
