Sumatra Jungle Challenge: Introducing Harish Patel
Ladies and gentlemen, may we introduce you to the lovely Harish? Harish is one of the intrepid conservationists who will be taking the Sumatran jungle by the leaves and giving it a jolly good trampling, all to protect orangutans everywhere.
We really like to get to know people who join our volunteering and fundraising endeavours and find out as much about them as possible….and then tell you ALL about them. Harish is no exception folks, so here he is and here are his answers to the 10 questions we ask absolutely everyone….

The reason Harish and his friends are doing this Sumatra Trek is to highlight the plight and fight for orangutan survival everywhere. Their greatest threat is man and the loss of their habitat. We share their planet and approx. 97% of their DNA but with the palm oil industry smashing through the rainforest, it could be the first great ape species to become extinct.
